Top Naples Neighborhoods for Building a Luxury Home

Building a custom home is exciting, and the first decision you should make is to choose the community you want to live in. Take a drive around these neighborhoods. You’ll see lush tropical landscapes and uniquely beautiful homes.

Port Royal: Located on the south part of the peninsula that includes Old Naples and Aqualane Shores, you will discover Port Royal, the premier boating community in Naples. Beachfront mansions line the Gulf of Mexico, and most of the 500 or so single-family homes feature backyard docks on Naples Bay or on one of several deepwater canals.  The community was developed in the 1950s and 1960s, but most of the original homes have been reconstructed or torn down to make way for grand new estate homes.

Royal Harbor:  If you have always wanted a waterfront property, Royal Harbor is another great option. The community of single-family homes is located along the Eastern shore of Naples Bay, along canals that provide access to the Gulf of Mexico.
