The Team at CGU Homes is committed to our work, passionate about detail, and collaborative by nature. We are long-time residents of Southwest Florida and have experienced the beautiful architectural changes throughout Southwest Florida for more than 20 years.
In 2016, Jon joined CGU Homes as Vice President with over 21 years of residential high-end custom home and condo building experience in the local Naples market.
Jon is a native to Naples and is a graduate of the University of Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction with Highest Honors.
Jon enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, daughter and son. He also spends a lot of time in the outdoors diving, hunting and fishing.
In 2017, Drew joined CGU Homes as Senior Estimator/Project Manager. He has worked in high-end residential construction throughout Southwest Florida for the past 15 years. In 2022, Drew became a partner and director of pre-construction for CGU Homes.
Drew grew up in St. Louis where he attended and graduated from Lindenwood University and received a Bachelor Degree in Business Management.In Drew’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife. He also enjoys playing golf and ice hockey.

In 2019, Barbie joined CGU Homes as their Director of Marketing & Sales with over 14 years of marketing experience in the residential construction industry.
Barbie is a native to Naples. She is also a graduate of the University of Florida where she earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a graduate of the University of North Florida where she earned her Masters of Business Administration degree.
Barbie enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and traveling together and boating. She also spends a lot of her time outside of the office planning different events for family and friends.
Mike joined the CGU Homes Team in 2019 as a Senior Estimator / Project Manager. Mike brings over 19 years of construction experience to the company and currently oversees the day-to-day operations for CGU Homes. Mike is a licensed a General Contractor in the state of California and Georgia and should have it for Florida later 2023. Prior to moving back to Naples, Mike owned and operated his own general contracting company in the Atlanta area.
Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and biking.
Angel Napoles brings ten years of experience in architecture and the past 22 years as a project manager to his role as Senior Project Manager. Since 2017, Angel has been an integral part of the CGU Homes team, providing a multi-dimensional architectural perspective on projects. He excels in efficiently communicating with design professionals and building trustworthy relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Originally from Havana, Cuba, Angel’s family moved to Miami when he was one, instilling in him a deep appreciation for the freedom and liberties he enjoys in the United States of America.
Outside of the office, you can find Angel training on the range for tactical competitions, indulging in a Jack Carr novel, or spending quality time with his wife, Hortensia, and their three children: Isabella, Sophia, and Angelo.
Nick joined the CGU Homes team in 2022 as a Senior Project Manager. Nick brings over 20 years of single family and multi-family construction experience to CGU. Nick also has in depth knowledge in the development of large master planned communities and entitlement of raw land. Developing and entitling over 600 acres of land and over 2,500 units.
Nick graduated with a degree in business and a minor in public administration. He is a Florida certified building contractor and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Nick enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys spending lots of time outdoors hiking, boating and hunting.
In 2022, Grant joined the CGU Team as a General Superintendent. He brings over 20 years of construction experience to the company and is currently in charge of all field related operations for CGU Homes.
Grant enjoys spending time golfing and traveling with family when time allows.
As a new resident of Naples, Dawn joined CGU Homes in 2022. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and brings over 14 years of accounting experience to the team.
In her spare time, Dawn enjoys traveling, exploring her new city with local friends & family, and visits from her son & Midwest friends.
