CGU Homes is proud to announce Drew Hemmer as its newest partner and director of pre-construction.
As a senior project manager of CGU Homes for the past five years, Hemmer has played an integral role in the growth and development of the company to lead it where it is today with his excellent communications skills that helped him build strong relationships with subcontractors and homeowners; his ability always to take initiative; and his methodological, organized approach to project management.
Hemmer brings over 15 years of management experience in the Southwest Florida high-end, custom home building market to the CGU Homes team.

Hemmer has lived in Naples for the past 15 years, where he resides with his wife, Erica, and his son, Griffin.
