NAPLES, Fla. — CGU Homes received multiple Sand Dollar Awards at The Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) 2022 Sand Dollar Awards Gala “The Timeless Twenties.”
The annual event that recognizes distinguished “member builders, developers, architects, re-modelers, interior design firms, landscape architects, trades and marketing, sales and/or advertising professionals” was held on September 24th at The Ritz-Carlton in Naples.
The following awards were received on behalf of the CGU Homes team:
Grey Oaks Interior Space Renovation. This award took into account the interior updates to the front entry, kitchen, living room, dining room and family room. The space was updated to open up the home to become a great room design, a brand new kitchen, new floor to ceiling windows and a new bedroom.
The Diamond in the Gulf Interior Design of the Year – Multi-Family Home $9,000,000 – $11,000,000.
The Diamond in the Gulf Best Master Suite – Multi-Family Home $9,000,000 – $11,000,000.
This project entailed taking a 6,300 square foot condo back to the studs and finishing it out with custom wood details, custom mosaics and custom cabinetry throughout. It was a project completed with the Collins & DuPont Interior Design team.
