CGU Homes, LLC is starting a new decade with a brand evolution. It includes new residential construction and remodeling projects, a growing team, and a comprehensive website featuring testimonials and a never-before-seen image gallery of its most outstanding projects to date. With custom, new construction and remodeled residences and condominiums throughout various Southwest Florida communities and neighborhoods, CGU Homes recently finished six extensive remodeling projects and two new custom home builds.
Two of the renovation projects were in the Windsor at Bay Colony in Naples — one of which was a complete interior renovation of an 8,550-square-foot penthouse. Three others were private Bonita Springs residences in the community of Bonita Bay. They included a complete interior and exterior renovation to a 4,000- square-foot home; an interior renovation to a condominium with new ceiling details and built-ins; and a kitchen renovation — opening up the space to the living area, updating finishes and adding a butler’s pantry. Last, but not least, was an extensive exterior renovation — pool, pool deck, hardscape and landscape — of a private Port Royal
residence in Naples.
The new custom home builds included a 9,217-square-foot waterfront property in Royal Harbor with architect Falconer Jones as well as a 1,000-square-foot guest home on an existing property in Livingston Woods. CGU Homes is currently working on new renovation projects in Bonita Bay, Port Royal and The Moorings as well as another new custom home. The residential sector of the nine-year-old company is also preparing for project starts in April and May with multiple custom home and renovation clients from Park Shore to Bonita Bay as well as a new custom home project in Delray Beach.

In addition to Lawrence – who has over two decades of experience in high-end building in Naples — CGU Homes employs Owner/Director of Operations Mike Ludington and Director of Technical Services Rowland Hand, with a combined 70+ years in the industry. Most recently, CGU Homes hired Barbie Kellam as Director of Marketing & Sales as well as Mike Gargiulo as Senior Estimator — with a combined 33+ years of experience. In addition, CGU Homes is currently hiring new team members.
